VENDOR SPACES ARE AVAILABLE.    FEES WILL BE VERY REASONABLE
Compared to other events of this size. We are looking for all types of Vendors!

NO MORE VENDOR SPACES AVAILABLE AFTER MONDAY, JUNE 1, 2009

We want you all to make money and enjoy your accommodations with us. Electric and water will be provided on site.
Also, I will be posting the county health department info is on the vendor form.

INSURANCE IS ONLY NEEDED BY FOOD VENDORS

We want to offer or attendees many Delicious Food and Unique Shopping Options!

Contact "Bonnie" or "Clyde" through our e mail @ motorcyclesmetalandmayhem@yahoo.com  for more information or to reserve a spot.  We will be asking to contract with you, as space fees are non refundable. Compared to other rallies of this size, our rates are cheap!

FEES ARE DEPENDENT ON SIZE OF SPACE, and Whether or not Water is needed etc.  See vendor form for rates!

Health Department certification, permits, and insurance etc. are the responsibility of the food vendors.  These documents need to be provided and presented at time of entry, or before.  Westmoreland County contact is John Stella 724-443-1585.       All vendors need permits from the county, but only food vendors need insurance.


Most types of businesses are welcome, we have a vivid imagination! However we can not allow the sale or giveaway of Tobacco, Firearms, (Knives are ok) Food, (unless you are a food vendor), or any types of Alcohol. Except beer that will be sold onsite by Budweiser, Kecksburg VFD and our sexy beer wenches!
